Miscellaneous Matters
Another piece of junk mail could yield three free iTunes downloads, but I'm not sure whether I should submit my personal information to Geico for a rate quote. I want the downloads but don't want to encourage Geico to keep sending me junk mail.

Roth IRA contributions can be made in cash only. My inquiry about the transfer of equities from a taxable account to the Roth account provided the disappointing news. I guess it's not surprising, but I was hoping for a loophole.

I photocopied all my savings bonds and now I have to prepare them to be deposited to Treasury Direct. It feels strange to be giving up the paper, which, though it sounds odd, has some sentimental value, but the ease and convenience of paperless/electronic monitoring is just too appealing.
