Kiplinger's Review -- June

Hopefully I'll pay closer attention to my observations, points and musings on this latest personal-finance update than I did to my last one. As usual, Kiplinger's is fairly weak, but I did glean a few points to ponder.

We put in the new offer on the house today and are waiting to see if it gets accepted. I think we may have played our cards wrong again, and our bid will be used to increase a much lower bid that was dismissed out of hand.
