ING Mortgage

I got a direct mailing offering a 5/1 adjustable-rate mortgage with a flat $555 in closing costs. After my problems with getting Bank of America to get back to me regarding a preapproval, I was tempted to go this route. But I'm not looking for an ARM. Back to the drawing board.
