The Survey Says

I took two surveys today, with one giving me $4 for certain and the other offering up the possibility of $6 if I qualify. It's a nice way to get a few bucks to set aside for a small purchase here and there. I probably take in about $25 to $50 a year via these surveys. American Consumer Opinion, or ACOP, is my favorite one.

The house closing is two weeks away and I'm starting to get nervous. The amount of money to be spent is daunting. I know it's a great house in a great location, but I just feel a tremendous amount of pressure...

At least I know when I move I aim to overhaul the place and improve its energy efficiency. I can't wait to own my own property...
