Market Blues
The house has been on the market for more than two months now, and still no takers. I'm still not officially nervous, but it's time to set up a game plan.
We intend to occupy the new home by month's end. The old house will be empty, clean and ready for sale. And Oct. 1, being a Sunday, would be a good date to lower the price again. Not by too much, but near the low end of our hoped-for price.
There's been a fair amount of foot traffic, so I'm not sure whether it's the house or the price. Our broker stinks.

I plan a few shifts in the coming quarterly review. I hope to create a fuller financial picture by breaking out more assets and going with a more conventional analysis.
I definitely dig the shift to a quarterly review, instead of a monthly review.
